Dan Spence our chocolatier learned the trade at the Milton Hershey School in Hershey, Pa. with John Kish, a German chocolate & candy maker.  At " Olde Country Chocolates" we strive for the highest quality confections useing fresh wholesome ingredients, always prepared in small batches to insure the freshness!
